Gentle Breeze Honey

Gentle Breeze Honey started as a hobby for Eugene but has now become a three generation family business. You might recognize them from the Dane County Farmers Market. Their bee display draws a crowd. The Woller's are family friends and even once came over to re-roof our barn for us when I was a little kid. Tim and Cathy continue the tradition of amazing honey which is primarily white clover and alfalfa grown on Wisconsin’s finest family-owned farms. There is no blending with honey from other states or countries. All of their honey is processed in their own facility and they do not heat extract or filter their honey so it is the highest quality possible. Their farm is located in the rolling countryside of Mt. Horeb, Wisconsin. It's honestly the best.
